The Sur Ron Light Bee factory discs are 203 mm disc brake tailor-made for the Light Bee. The Sur Ron Light Bee rear disc mount is proprietary. It will only mount on original Sur-Ron wheels and Light Bee compatible wheels (like the MTO's).
It needs to be replaced when worn out (it becomes too thin and tends to hit up fast) or if it's warped.

Security-wise, brakes are the most important thing on a bike. That's why you absolutely need them to be perfectly functioning.
Brake discs, as well as brake pads, wear down over time. This is totally normal but you need to keep an eye on them. Discs that are thinner than 1.8 mm aren't safe to use anymore. As they lack material, they will quickly overheat and their braking ability will fade out abnormally.
You may also need to replace the disc if it's warped, dented or bent. This happens more often than we would like in off-road riding as rocks (or any material standing in your way 🤔) can hit the disc. It will usually result in an uneven braking force, overheating and lack of bite as pads are constantly pushed away and can't apply their full force on the whole braking surface.
There are 3 things that you need for your brakes to bite properly:
The Sur Ron Light Bee factory 203 Rear Disc is specific to the Light Bee wheels as the fixing holes are proprietary and unique to Sur Ron.
