Consider your bike upgrades when choosing the right spring rate. For instance, if you've installed an aftermarket battery, it could have added an extra 10 kg (20lbs) to your bike. Personally, I (Cyprien) like solid support, so I chose the 500 lbs spring, considering my weight of 80kg.
