Make sure that your fork is compatible with a 21" front tyre. Most 27.5" compatible MTB forks (Fox 40, Marzocchi 58, DNM Volcano, Manitou Dorado, Rockshox BoXXer…) will fit a 21" without problem.

You're totally right, the wheels come naked. We personally really like the 18" CST 755 3.50 rear and 21" 733 MX Bite 80-100 front.
